1. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.
2. Defective Products
We will replace any product that is defective. If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to initiate a replacement:
- Send an email to orders@rebelleshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the defect
- Clear photos of the defective product
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement of the defective item.
3. Process Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for claims to be processed and for us to send instructions on the next steps.
